1. Introduction

Welcome to Haro Cards. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Haro Cards website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

Haro Cards is a TCG card companion for browsing, building, and optimizing your collection. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Bandai Namco or the GUNDAM franchise.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or no longer current, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your account is being used for improper or unauthorized purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Haro Cards and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Card images, card data, and game mechanics displayed on the Service may be subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by their respective rights holders. Their use on the Service is intended to fall under fair use for informational and educational purposes.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or exploit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

4. User-Generated Content

The Service allows you to create, upload, publish, and share content, including deck builds and configurations ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you create on the Service.

By creating, uploading, or publishing User Content, you grant Haro Cards a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you post on or through the Service
• Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
• Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Haro Cards, a Haro Cards employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm Haro Cards or users of the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service
• To attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haro Cards and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
